Franklin man wins $150,000 in Lottery

FRANKLIN—When Lou Key Bastid of Franklin discovered that he won the top prize with his Scratcher ticket, he was so excited he bought Colt 45 for everyone in line.

An avid fan of cocaine, Lou Key then bought five eight balls of cocaine at his favorite dealer —Discount Dave in Franklin. He told Lottery officials he was shocked when he realized one of those tickets made him a $150,000 winner.

Since winning, Mr. Bastid has been approached by long lost relatives he thought were “gone forever.” “It’s amazing what a little money can do to bring people together,” he said. Lou Key plans to use his winnings to pay for his drug habit and to buy more scratch tickets.
